RL1050 Rotary Bullet Feeders | GSI International, Inc.
The RL1050 Bullet Feed Systems & Super 1050 Reloading Machines include the GSI Rotary Bullet Feeder,
the GSI 1050 Toolhead & a kit for relocating the case feeder to the
rest of your 1050 reloaders.
The
GSI Bullet Feeder mounts directly into the left side of the
1050 toolhead.
We have several changes shown here. We have removed all the
parts mounted on the left side of the 1050 machine.
A new CF Mounting Post & Feed Tube are included with the new
system.
The Gas Spring mounted to the rear of the toolhead compensates
for added weight the bullets and feeder place on the toolhead
and machines operation.
The GSI
Bullet Feeder uses a DC Electric Motor to rotate the hopper ring counterclockwise,
the hopper ring then picks up bullets "Nose First" in the bottom of
the bowl and delivers the correctly oriented bullets to the top of
the hopper where they exit and travel down the bullet guide column.
A micro switch on the column regulates the operation of the feeder
as needed to keep the column full of bullets.
Precision machined Aluminum w/ Hard Black Anodized Finish.
Accepts standard 7/8-14 dies in stations 2, 3, 5, 6 & 8. In station
4 we install the GSI Seating Stem.
The Integrated Feed Mechanism transfers the motion of the platform
to rotate the bullet feed wheel counter clockwise, delivering bullets
ready for seating in to the case.
The GSI Toolhead fits both RL1050 machines & Super 1050 machines.
Accepts the standard toolhead parts; CF Cam, Primer Pushrod & Rachet
Cam & Hardware.
Spare toolhead assemblies can be ordered when you use the rotary hopper
with similar calibers.
