GSI International is a fully capable manufacturing facility that uses Solidworks CAD and Gibbscam Software to design and manufacture a wide variety of products. We have 30 years of product design and manufacturing experience between
Xavier Gonzalez and his managers, Anthony, Delaney, and Scott.

Machining Castings and billet materials are our specialty from small components to large parts. GSI can and does machine high quality parts from standard alloys to exotic alloys.

Including but not limited to:

• Aluminum 6061 and 7075
• Brass and Bronze alloys
• Delrin Plastics
• Steels, 1018, 12L14, 4130 – 4340 Alloy steels
• Stainless Steel, 300 series, 17-4
• Titanium 6AL-4V
  

At GSI International inc. we manufacture a wide array of products: DC electric motors, Solenoids, Switches, as well as complete specialty assemblies. We produce innovative products for the gun industry such as a patented automatic bullet feeder for ammunition reloading, Electronic targets for pellet shooting, Replica model firearms, and sprockets for motocross racing. The machining department has 11 CNC milling machines, 4th axis- capability, 3 CNC lathes, and one with live tooling. We also have Rotary indexers, 3 saws, 2 Bridgeport mills, and a Moriseiki engine lathe.

The inspection area has a Brown Sharpe CMM, Thread gages and pin gages, and a variety of measuring tools.We employ a Non- Destructive testing service, Magtrol electric motor Dynomometer, various test tools including Ohmmeter and Oscilloscopes.

GSI international’s finishing department has a large paint booth, industrial oven, glassbead cabinet, parts washer machine, and vibratory tumbler; as well as in-house painting, powder coating, and dry film lube, and part marking/pad printing.

GSI international’s manufacturing facility is a 15,000 square-foot building located in the southeast valley, near the I-10 freeway. We do complete part manufacturing and finishing including heat-treating, plating, welding and assembly. Now celebrating 10 years in business.
