XL650 Rotary Bullet Feeders | GSI International, Inc.
The
XL650 rotary bullet feeder machine consists of two main
items, the GSI rotary bullet feeder and the XL650 toolhead.
The xl650 rotary Bullet Feeder uses a DC Electric Motor to rotate the
hopper ring "counter-clockwise". The hopper ring picks up bullets
"Nose First" in the bottom of the bowl and delivers the correctly
oriented bullets to the top of the hopper where they exit and travel
down the bullet guide column.
A micro switch on the column regulates the operation of the feeder
as needed t keep the column full of bullets.
The GSI
Toolhead for XL650 machine's is designed with an integrated bullet
feed mechanism build right into the main body of our GSI Toolhead.
Designed as a direct replacement, our GSI Toolheads slide right into
machines frame with no modifications or changes.
FEED
AND SEAT AT THE SAME TIME!
As the platform rises our bullet feed mechanism advances, delivering
one bullet to the seating station in the GSI Toolhead. The case then
picks up the bullet, and then contacts the seat stem, for simultaneous
feeding and seating the bullet into the case.

Precision machined 6061 Aluminum w/ Hard Black Anodized Finish.
Accepts standard 7/8-14 Thread Dies in stations 1, 2, 3, & 5.
In station 4 we install the GSI Seating Stem.
The Integrated
Feed Mechanism transfers the motion of the platform to rotate the
bullet feed wheel counter clockwise, delivering bullets ready for
seating in to the case.
Bullet Feed Wheels & Seating Stems are made Caliber Specific for the
best fit possible.
Spare Toolhead assemblies can be ordered when you use the Rotary Hopper
with similar calibers.
