GSI International operates a fully equipped CNC machining and fabrication facility in Chandler, Arizona. We work with OEM clients, defense contractors, industrial suppliers, and product developers who need precision parts made right the first time.
If it needs to be machined, we can make it.
Our shop handles the full manufacturing cycle, from initial design and programming through machining, secondary operations, finishing, and final assembly. We work from customer-supplied drawings or can assist in design using SolidWorks CAD.
What We Do
MILLS & LATHES
CNC MACHINING
Our milling department runs 12 HAAS CAT40 vertical machining centers, ranging from DM1, VF2 and VF4. All machines are equipped with fourth axis capability, allowing us to rotate parts as needed during the machining process. We handle prototype quantities through full production runs.
Milling max work envelope: 50'' × 20'' × 25''

The sub-spindle takes over automatically for full backside machining. Delivering the power, accuracy, and capability you are looking for.
Turning max work envelope: 4.0” draw tube diameter, 12” chuck, 30” Z axis travel

FABRICATION
We fabricate custom sheet metal components, weldments, and mechanical assemblies. Whether you need a one-off prototype or a recurring production run, our team works to your specifications and delivery schedule.

FINISHING
We work with a complete list of approved vendors to provide finishing services that meet your material and functional requirements. All finishing is coordinated by GSI and treated as part of the overall production process, not an afterthought.

Mechanical Assembly
We provide final assembly work as well, from helicoil installation, electric motor assembly, solenoids, 2 part epoxy.
SolidWorks and Mastercam
SOFTWARE & DESIGN
Our engineering team uses SolidWorks CAD for part design and product development, and Mastercam CAM software for machining programs. We accept most common CAD file formats and can work from 2D drawings, 3D models, or physical samples.

QUALITY ASSURANCE
All machined parts are inspected using our Brown and Sharpe CMM, thread gages, pin gages, and hand inspection tools. GSI International is ISO 9001:2015 certified. Every order ships with dimensional conformance verified.
